It's now time to re-check and redo your Persoanal Health Profile to see how you're doing.
If when you redo your Personal Health Profile and you are still not happy, it is time to refer to Your top 10 key health factors as a guide to the next appropriate course of action. You will generally find Your top 10 key health factors on page 6 (six) of your Personal Health Profile report.
It is the information on the table below that is also on the grid on the front page of this website.
For example; if on one of Your top 10 key health factors you scored low for ‘food sensitivity’, and you have used the report to improve your eating habits, yet you still have some symptoms you may find a ‘food sensitivity’ test useful.
Please also check that the symptoms section of each test correlate to how you feel.
