One of the chief organs responsible for cleansing and detoxifying the body is the liver. The Liver utilizes 2 chemical pathways for breaking down and eliminating toxins encountered from food, water, air and/or drugs. Due to the environment we live in the flow of toxins can overload the liver’s ability to detoxify resulting in an accumulation of noxious substances.
